Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Laundry Operator to lead operations at our Sukhumvit Soi 22 location. This role requires someone with attention to detail and the ability to oversee day-to-day laundry operations while managing the team and reporting daily to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Sorting and Preparation:Preparation: Supervise the sorting of incoming laundry, ensuring correct handling of items (e.g., towels, sheets, uniforms).
- Monitor Washing and Drying: Ensure washing and drying processes meet quality standards, safely and efficiently.
- Ironing and Folding Supervision: Oversee ironing and folding to maintain our premium service standards.
- Quality Control Checks:Inspect all items pre- and post-wash for stains or damage to ensure client satisfaction.
- Daily Reporting to Management: Record daily laundry loads, item counts, and operational issues, and communicate these to management.
- Team Supervision: Lead and organize the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
