1. Nature of Services
Laundry Bangkok offers a range of professional laundry services, including Wash & Fold, Wash & Iron, and additional custom services. Each service includes:
Premium Features: We use organic, hypoallergenic detergents, filtered water, and AI-powered washing machines to ensure optimal cleaning and care for your items.
Customization: Specific service details and any premium features will be arranged with each customer to meet their needs.
2. Pickup and Delivery
Free pickup and delivery are provided for all professional customers within Bangkok. We reserve the right to not deliver in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for arranging the delivery.
Scheduling: We coordinate pickup and delivery times to fit your schedule, with flexibility to reschedule as needed.
No-Show Policy: If no one is present at the scheduled pickup/delivery, we will reschedule at the next available time, which may align with the original schedule.
3. Pricing and Payment
Pricing Structure: Prices are based on service type, volume, and any additional features or premium options requested. We reserve the right to adjust our pricing without prior notice.
Payment Terms: Payments may be made according to the customer’s chosen frequency, such as per delivery or monthly.
Discounts and Offers: Any discounts or offers will be clearly communicated and applied as agreed.
Promotions are not combinable. We reserve the right to withhold any promotion without reason or prior notice.
4. Commitment Terms
Minimum Volume: Some services may require a minimum monthly volume, to be agreed upon during service setup.
Minimum Volume: Contracts are renewable and may be terminated or modified with notice. We comply with Thai laws to ensure fair and transparent terms for each party.
We reserve the right to terminate any current or upcoming service agreement without providing a reason. Any unused prepaid amounts will be refunded.
5. Liability and Limitations
Care Standards: Laundry Bangkok handles each item with the utmost care. However, customers acknowledge that certain items may be sensitive to washing, drying, or ironing processes.
Damage Claims: For any damage, customers may request reimbursement in the form of a service voucher based and not more than the value of the damaged item, with proof of value.
Stain Removal: While we strive to remove stains, complete removal cannot be guaranteed, depending on the stain's nature and severity.
Existing Damages: Any pre-existing damage will be documented and reported to the customer upon pickup.
Limitation of Liability: Laundry Bangkok is not responsible for potential damages to items during the laundry process, including but not limited to discoloration, shrinkage, or fabric wear, except where negligence can be proven.
Specific Instructions: To minimize potential damages, customers are required to provide specific care instructions for delicate or specialty items. Without such instructions, Laundry Bangkok will proceed with standard washing processes, and any resulting damages will not be covered.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Schedule Changes: Customers should notify us at least 72 hours in advance for any schedule changes. While we will do our best to accommodate, last-minute requests may not be guaranteed.
Item Condition and Instructions: Customers must disclose any specific requirements or delicate materials to ensure proper handling. Laundry Bangkok is not liable for damages if special handling instructions are not provided in advance.
7. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Data Protection: Laundry Bangkok respects customer privacy and complies with Thai data protection laws. Any personal or business information collected will be securely stored and used solely for service-related purposes.

Compliance with Thai Law: These Terms & Conditions comply with all applicable Thai laws and regulations.
Changes to Terms: Laundry Bangkok reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting to the website.
